The rooms are elegant and fairly quiet with stunning views. Access to the continental club is a great perk. The food is appetising. The personnel is exceptionally nice with impeccable top-notch service. The location is very central, close to HKG's famous shopping street, Canton Road, and public transport options like the subway and ferry. The Harbour Mall and Ocean Terminal are nearby.

The service at Marco Polo was exceptional. When we checked in, there was a mix-up with our room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and found us a room that met our needs. We were impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the Star Ferry, MTR station, and Nathan Road. Favourable, magnificent location in Hong Kong, short walk to Central / Hong Kong Island, the cruise ship terminus and Wan Chai, HK Island. - Varied breakfast to start the day with Asian tastes, healthy Asian. - Fast check-in, easy check-out. - Everything really good. The hotel is luxury, has amiable staff and magnificent sea views. We usually stay here for a weekend and the room is always huge and luxurious. There is a wide array of great food for breakfast. The location is particularly good, minutes from a Kowloon park.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the middle of the shopping area with a wide range of options from expensive stores to touristy knick-knack shops. It is also conveniently close to the ferry and provides easy access to public transportation.

The lobby and attached bar area felt cramped and secondary in design, not quite providing a luxurious 5-star experience.
